Our Commitment to Software for Life

During May 2026, we introduced a range of improvements across the XamPro platform as part of our continued commitment to delivering software for life and reliable software as a service to every school we support.

Our platform is designed to grow with schools. These latest updates help reduce workload, improve communication, and give staff better tools to manage everyday school processes more effectively.

SMS Module Overhaul

Our SMS module has had a complete overhaul as part of our wider work to bring the XamPro user interface up to date.

The updated SMS module now includes new filtering options, the ability to remember SMS selections, and a new cost calculator to help schools manage communication costs and continue making savings.

We have also introduced SMS Instant Reply, giving schools a more natural, mobile phone style way to communicate with parents and carers by SMS.

This allows staff to view and respond to parent messages in a clear conversation format, making communication easier to follow and reducing the need to search through disconnected replies. For schools, this means faster responses, better parent engagement, improved record keeping, and less time spent managing back and forth communication manually.

Behaviour and Detention Module

Our new Behaviour and Detention Module is a free added value feature for schools using the XamPro SMS platform.

Schools can now target behaviour, schedule detentions by SMS, and track parental consent responses directly through the platform.

The module also gives schools intelligent insight when a parent engages with a detention message. If a child is unable to attend, the responsibility can be placed on the parent or carer to respond and rearrange, helping reduce the administrative burden on school staff.

Schools can also record detention attendance, making it easier to follow up missed or skipped detentions and keep a clear record of behaviour interventions.

Intelligent Behaviour Insights

Our intelligent behaviour insights give schools a clearer view of behaviour trends across their setting.

Leadership teams can identify emerging issues before they become wider patterns, spot repeat offenders, and understand trends linked to individual student behaviour.

This gives management the information they need to intervene earlier and support pupils more effectively.

WONDE Integration Partnership

Our WONDE integration and partnership work is now underway.

XamPro will be officially partnering with WONDE as its MIS integration provider, helping ensure our services can integrate with all major school MIS systems, including ESS SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom, and other market leading systems.

This will allow XamPro to support schools across England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland, making onboarding smoother and helping schools connect XamPro with the systems they already use.

Built With Schools

We have also introduced a feedback system that allows schools to submit ideas, suggestions, and comments directly to us.

This has already been greatly effective, and we really value the feedback we receive from our end users.
