What Bulletin Board can do

  • Publish exam announcements with start and end date/time windows
  • Prioritise announcements (Low, Medium, High) and pin critical notices
  • Separate active and expired announcements automatically
  • Upload and manage downloadable files (for example codes of conduct)
  • Embed/publicly expose content so candidates and parents/carers can view updates on your website

How to publish exam schedules and requirements

Open Bulletin Board

Go to Bulletin Board from the left navigation.

Create announcement

Click create new announcement and add a clear title, such as Year 11 Mock Schedule - May.

Add detailed content

Include exam dates/times, room information, and equipment requirements (for example calculator, ruler, black pens, photo ID).

Set visibility window

Use Start Date and Time and End Date and Time so notices appear and expire automatically.

Set priority and pin

Use High priority and Priority Pinned for urgent exam-day information.

Publish and review

Save, then check the active announcement list and expiry behavior.

How to upload documents (codes of conduct, instructions)

Open Documents area

Use the document section in Bulletin Board.

Upload file

Click upload and select your file. Supported office and PDF formats are accepted.

Set clear title

Use names candidates and parents understand, for example Exam Code of Conduct 2026.

Maintain files

Edit titles when needed and remove outdated documents to keep the feed clean.

Embedding on your school or organisation website

Bulletin Board includes embed/publication support so you can display centre updates externally.

Open embed section

Go to the embed or publication area in Bulletin Board.

Copy embed code

Copy the generated code snippet or link provided by the platform.

Add to website

Place the embed snippet on your school/organisation webpage where candidates and parents visit.

Test public view

Check from a non-logged-in browser session to confirm visibility and formatting.
