Login & Two-Factor Authentication
XamPro requires Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for all accounts. This adds a critical security layer to protect candidate data. Setup only takes about two minutes.
First-time login & 2FA setup
Open the XamPro login page
Navigate to your XamPro URL (provided by your account manager). You will see the login form with an email and password field.
Enter your email and password
Type your email address and the temporary password you were given. Passwords are case-sensitive. Click Sign In.
Set up your authenticator app
On first login you will be shown a QR code. Open your authenticator app, tap + (or "Add account"), and choose Scan QR code. Point your camera at the QR code on screen. Your app will add "XamPro" as a new account and start showing a 6-digit code that changes every 30 seconds.
Enter the verification code
Type the current 6-digit code from your authenticator app into the verification field, then click Verify. You have 30 seconds before the code refreshes â if it expires just enter the next one.
Change your password (if prompted)
If this is your first login you may be asked to set a new password. Passwords must be at least 8 characters and include uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and at least one special character (e.g. !, @, #).
You're in!
You will be taken to the XamPro dashboard. On future logins you only need your email, password, and the current 6-digit code from your authenticator app.
Every-day login (after setup)
Enter your email and password
Go to the XamPro login page and sign in with your credentials.
Open your authenticator app
Find the XamPro entry. It shows a 6-digit code and a countdown timer.
Enter the code and verify
Type the 6-digit code into the 2FA prompt and click Verify. You are now logged in.
